Russia is considering the possibility of reducing its oil production to support global prices

Russian experts point out that the Russian Foreign Minister will discuss this issue during his talks with his Saudi counterpart in Moscow, especially since the reduction of oil production will represent one of the main topics during the next meeting of the Organization of "OPEC" in Vienna on 27 November.
  It is noteworthy that Russia is a key affected by the decline in world oil prices, which represents the oil and gas revenues in the Russian state budget of about 50%.
