FIFA announce the final list of candidates for the Golden Ball

The International Federation of Football "FIFA", declared officially final list of nominees for the Golden ball for the best player in the world for 2014, and included the list, as expected, the trio of Cristiano Ronaldo, Lionel Messi and German Manuel Neuer.
